摘要
涟源钢铁公司田湖铁矿石灰石回转窑结圈问题,严重影响了回转窑的运转率、石灰的质量和产量。本文通过结圈物的矿相鉴定,从煤的质量、灰分性能、煤粉的燃烧过程及燃烧的控制等方面,阐述了这些因素对回转窑结圈的影响,并提出了相应改进措施。
The operation ratio of rotary kiln and the quality and output of lime are seriously influenced because of the circle forming problem.Through studying the mineralography of the circle substance,the effects of such factors as fine coal quality,ash performance,coal combustibility and combustion control on the circle forming are expounded.And some technological measures to prevent or eliminate the circle forming are proposed.
