摘要
北京矿冶研究总院研制的ZPJ-1型液压装配机适用于石油开采井下作业工具的装配。采用立式装配形式,容易实现对中;采用扭矩传感器实时监控扭矩,保证装配质量;采用液压系统驱动,操作简便,节约能耗。本文介绍ZPJ-1型液压装配机的工作原理、结构特点及主要部件的设计和研制,其应用具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
ZPJ-1 hydraulic assembling machine is applicable for assembling of oil-extracted tools.It has a stand assembling mode and convenient alignment.The torque sensor is used for real-time monitoring of torque,ensuring assembling quality and the hydraulic drive is used to get simple and easy operation and to save energy.In this paper,the working principle and structural features of the machine as well as the design and manufacture of main components are introduced.The application of the machine will produce good economical and social benefits.
