摘要
研究了4-氯-1-萘酚在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为,提出了一种灵敏、简便的检测4-氯-1-萘酚的电化学方法.在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,4-氯-1-萘酚在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上出现一灵敏的氧化峰,峰电位位于0.62V.与裸玻碳电极相比,多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极显著提高4-氯-1-萘酚的氧化峰电流.优化了底液pH、修饰剂用量、扫描速度、富集时间等测定参数.4-氯-1-萘酚浓度在4×10-8~2×10-5mol L范围内与峰电流呈线性关系,检出限1×10-8mol L.
The electrochemical behavior of 4-chloro-1-naphthol at the multi-wall nanotubes (MWNT) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was investigated. In 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH 7.0), 4-chloro-naphthol yields a well-defined and sensitive oxidation peak at the MWNT-film coated GCE. The oxidation peak potential is about (0.62V) vs. SCE. The oxidation peak current of 4-chloro-1-naphthol increases significantly at the MWNT-modified GCE in comparison with that at the bare GCE. The experiment parameters such as buffer pH, accumulation time, the amount of MWNT-DHP suspension and scan rate, were optimized. The oxidation peak current is proportional to the concentration of 4-chloro-1-naphthol over the range from 4×10^(-8) to 2×10^(-5) mol/L.The detection limit is 1×10^(-8)mol/L.
