摘要
从司法独立的产生与历史发展、司法独立的内涵和一般性要求以及国内国际司法现状和发展形势等三个层面进行分析 。
Based on the study of the three layers of judicial independence, namely its beginning and historical development, its contents and general requirements, and the judicature trend at home and abroad, this paper suggests several ways to reform the judicial independence system in China.
