摘要
针对档案与证据在档案界混淆不分的现象,从法学角度提出档案要成为证据,必须具备客观性、相关性、可采性、合法性等特征的观点,同时认为档案不具备这些特征,就不能作为证据。
In view of the confusion between archives and proofs, and from the perspective of legal science, it is pointed out that the archives must have characteristics such as objectivity, relativity, admissibility and legitimacy so as to become the proofs. Otherwise they can not be used as the proofs.
