Application of "the Fundamentals of Success" to moral education at colleges and universities

通过对国内外成功学理论的考察,结合探索性的实践,提出应以辨证唯物主义为指导,从加强德育工作的时代性、有效性和服务性出发,将成功学纳入德育轨道,并提出具体的"成功力场"的操作性建议。

Based on the investigation of 'the Fundamentals of Success' at home and abroad combined with the exploring practice, it is proposed that under the guidance of dialectical materialism moral education must be adaptable to the times, must be effective and must serve the teaching at colleges and universities. In this way 'the Fundamentals of Success' can be applied to moral education. Meanwhile the practical advice about the field of 'the Fundamentals of Success' is given.
