摘要
阐述了教学管理创新是新形势对高等教育的迫切要求,分析了影响教学管理创新的主要因素,提出了新形势下如何进行教学管理的创新。
Innovation of teaching management is an urgent demand of higher education in the new situation. The major factors affecting the innovation are analyzed and the suggestions about how to carry out the innovation are proposed.
