摘要
创新人才的培养是高等学校的历史使命。本文旨在分析新世纪对人才素质要求的基础上,研究高校德育与创新人才培养之间的关系,并对高校如何培养创新人才提出相应对策和建议。
It is a historic mission for us to cultivate creative talent in college. This article aims to study on the relation of moral education and cultivating creative talent in college on the basis of analyzing the requirement for talent character in the new age, and put forward some relevant method and suggestion on how to cultivate creative talent in college.
