发展我国小城镇的途径探讨

An Exploration of the Development of Small Towns in Our Country

小城镇的发展是关系国民经济发展全局的战略问题。农村非农化步伐的加快、乡镇企业的发展以及国家宏观政策给小城镇发展带来的良好机遇;但小城镇建设中仍存在低水平、小规模、弱功能、管理和配套改革滞后的劣势等问题;为促进小城镇的健康发展,要进行科学规划、加快体制改革、制度创新、发展特色产业。

The development of small towns concerns the development of national economy, and it is a problem in strategy. The author of this paper analyzes the opportunities facing small towns in their development, which is caused by the quickening nonagricultural steps of the countryside, the development of township enterprises and our countrys macro policy. Meanwhile, the author also analyzes some problems facing small towns: low level of development, small scale, bad function, and poor, management! Thus to promote the development of small towns, the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of small towns: scientific planning, of systems, quickening reform steps, developing some characteristic industries.
