At the turn of the last century, national monopoly capitalism began to come into being in chief capitalist countries. In the course of economic crisis in the 30s of the 20th Century monopoly capitalism rapidly expanded in capitalist world, and after the World Ⅱ it was ripe day by day. The developed captalist countries took the economic activity in the whole country under the unified command. This dissertation deals with the economic measures in the period of Kennedy and Johnson Administrations to look into the influence on American history.
