浅析俄罗斯远东地区的人口危机问题

A Brief Analysis of the Population Crisis in the Far East Areas of Russia

俄远东的人口问题由来已久。1582年俄国人开始移入西伯利亚地区;19世纪60年代俄政府开始向远东大量迁徙人口;苏联时期的远东人口逐年增加;苏联解体后远东人口持续减少,至今已形成人口危机。这种危机主要由人口的自然减员和移民运动引起,并有历史、自然条件、社会政治和心理等方面的原因。远东人口危机的后果相当严重,俄政府和学者为此提出了一系列解决的措施。其中对外国移民特别是对中国移民的问题,俄方尚有不同的观点。

The population issue in the Far-East of Russia has been lasting for a long time.Russia began to emigrate into Siberia in 1582.Russian government started to move a large population to the Far-East in 1860S.The population in the Far-East increased year after year during the time of the Soviet-Union.The population in this area decreased continuously after the Soviet-Union was disintegrated.Now the population crisis has come into being.It is caused by the natural loss and emigrant movement.There are many reasons for the crisis,such as history,natural condition,social-politics and psychology.The consequences of the crisis are very serious.The government of Russia and their scholars have advanced a series of measures to solve the problem.Russia has been holding different opinions on the problem of the foreign immigrants, especially of the Chinese immigrants.
