摘要
目前盛行于石油行业的HSE管理体系是当代管理理论发展与应用的结果。企业应从适应性出发建立和运行该体系 ,这样才能使该体系的管理效率最终实现。
The HSE management system is the result of the theoretical development and application on management today. In order to reach the desired efficiency, enterprises should build their cultivation and operation of the system on the adaptability of the system.
