糖肾安对糖基化抑制作用的体外研究

Study on Inhibitory Effect of Tangshen′an on Glycation in Vitro

目的 :研究中草药复方糖肾安对体外糖基化的抑制作用。方法 :正常大鼠被随机分为对照组、糖肾安组和氨基胍组 ,分别灌服饮用水、糖肾安 ( 6g· kg-1 )和氨基胍 ( 2 5 mg· kg-1 ) ,4d后收集各组动物血清 ,观察这些含药血清对体外糖基化的抑制作用。结果 :与阳性药氨基胍相比 ,灌服糖肾安的大鼠血清对体外糖基化反应有明显的抑制作用 ,相对抑制率为 1 0 2 .2 %。结论

Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Tangshen′an (TSA) on glycation in vitro .Methods:Normal rats were divided into control,TSA, and aminoguanidine groups. After drinking water, TSA (6 g·kg -1 ) and aminoguanidine (25 mg·kg -1 ) were administrated by gavage, respectively, for 4 days , the animal sera were collected. The inhibitory effect of the sera on glycation was observed in vitro glycation system.Results:As compared with positive drug aminoguanidine, the sera of rats treated with TSA showed significantly inhibitory effect on glycation in vitro , and the relative inhibitory rate was 102 2%.Conclusion:TSA shows significantly inhibitory effect on glycation.
