摘要 目的 :探讨短道速滑运动员长期从事专业训练对机体生理指标的影响。方法 :采用美国产身体成分分析仪 31 0 E对吉林省 8名男子短道速滑运动员的瘦体重、体重指数 ( BMI)、体脂百分比、身体水分、身体水分占瘦体重的百分比等几项生理指标进行测试。结果 :体脂百分比均值为1 1 .0 3%;MBI的平均值为 2 2 ;身体水分占瘦体重的百分比为 68.6%。结论 :长期短道速滑训练能有效地减少体脂 ,瘦体重相对增大 ;BMI指数接近于正常人的标准 ;身体水分占瘦体重的百分比偏低 。 Objective:To study on the effect of short track speed skaters after long term training on some physical indexes.Methods: 8 short track speed skaters were used for test in lean body weight, body mass index, percentage of body fat, total body water and percentage of total body water with lean body weight by body composition analyzer. Results:The average of body fat was 11.03%; the average of body mass index was 22; the percentage of total body water with lean body weight was 68.6%. Conclusion:Long term training for short track speed skating can effectively lose percentage of body fat and increase lean body weight. Body mass index approaches the level of ordinary person. Percentage of the total body water with lean body weight is lower than ordinary person. The body dehydrates lightly.
