亚甲蓝光敏效应对血液中细菌的灭活效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 观察亚甲蓝 (MB)光敏效应对血液中细菌的灭活效果。方法 采用定量杀菌试验观察杀菌效果。结果 MB光敏效应作用 4 0min ,对大肠埃希菌、绿脓假单胞杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌的灭活指数分别为 5 2 0、 2 2 1、 0 83和 1 0 8;当血液按 1/4稀释后 ,可使血液中的绿脓假单胞杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌的浓度分别下降 4 0 5、 2 0 9和 3 0 4个对数级。结论 MB光敏效应对血液中革兰阴性菌的灭活效果要优于革兰阳性菌。 Objective To observe the inactivation effect of MB pholochemical treatment on bacteria in blood Methods The quantitative germicidal test was used to observe germicidal efficacy Results Treated with MB pholochemical inactivation for 40 min, E coli, P aeruginosa, S aureus and S epidermidis in blood were reduced by 5 02 log,2 21 log,0 83 log,1 08 log respectively In the blood samples which were diluted with the proportion of 1∶4, P aeruginosa,S aureus and S epidermidis could be reduced by 4 05 log,2 09 log,3 04 log respectively Conclusions The effect of MB pholochemical inactivation on G- bacteria is better than on G+ bacteria in blood
