摘要
目的 研究白血病病例中P5 3、K ras基因点突变情况。方法 采用寡核苷酸芯片技术对临床收集的白血病标本进行P5 3、K ras突变热点检测。结果 共检测出P5 3突变 8例、K RAS突变 4例。其中P5 3突变包括ANLL M 32例 ,M2 3例 ,AN LL M 5、ALL、CML各 1例。K ras突变包括CML3例 ,ALL1例。结论 P5 3、K ras突变在白血病发生、发展中起到一定作用。应用寡核苷酸芯片进行P5 3、K ras点突变检测 ,优缺点并存 。
Objective To discuss the role of P53 and K ras gene mutation in pathogenesis of leukemia.Method Fourty three leukemia samples were screened by the P53,K ras mutation detecting oligo microarry.Results Eight samples were found with P53 gene mutation and 4 had K ras gene mutation.Conclusion The P53 and K ras gene mutation play a certain role in the pathogenesis and progress of leukemia.There are both advantages and disadvantages in applying this new method.
