脂肪肝患者的甲状腺激素水平分析

Analysis of thyroid hormones in fatty liver patients

目的 探讨脂肪肝患者甲状腺激素的变化。方法 应用美国ACS∶1 80化学发光免疫分析仪测定 4 6例脂肪肝患者血清甲状腺激素水平 ,并与正常对照组比较。结果 4 6例患者血清总三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (TT3 )、总甲状腺素 (TT4)、游离T3(FT3 )、游离T4(FT4)均明显低于对照组。而反T3 (rT3 )明显高于对照组。总胆汁酸 (TBA)增高 ,A/G降低和饮酒者的脂肪肝患者的甲状腺激素紊乱程度大于正常组的脂肪肝患者。结论 脂肪肝患者血清甲状腺激素降低及rT3 的升高反应脂肪肝患者的肝功能代偿状况 。

Objective To study the change of the thyroid hormones of the patient suffering fatty liver.Methods The serum thyroid hormones (STH) of 46 patients with fatty liver were analyzed by ACS:180 chemiluminescence immunoassay and compared with the control group.Results T 3(serum total triiodothyronine),TT 4(total thyroid hormone),FT 3(free triiodothyronine),FT 4(Free thyroid hormone) of 46 cases were significantly lower than those of the control groups.But rT 3(reverse triiodothyronine) was higher than that of control groups.TBA(total biliary acid) increased,A/G decreased and the turbulence of STH of drinker with fatty liver was more serious than the patients with fatty liver without drinking habit.Conclusion STH decreasing and rT 3 increasing of patients with fatty acid response the status of patients′ compensation of liver function,which is valuable in clinic.
