肾盂输尿管癌中P27及Ki-67表达的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨P2 7及Ki 6 7在肾盂输尿管癌中的表达及其与临床病理之间的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法 (两步法 )检测 1 8例肾盂输尿管癌中P2 7、Ki 6 7蛋白的表达。结果 根据组织学分级 ,P2 7,Ki 6 7的表达在肿瘤分级中差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,根据临床分期 ,P2 7,Ki 6 7在浅表性肿瘤与浸润性肿瘤的表达也差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 检测P2 7、Ki 6 7的表达可对肾盂输尿管癌的恶性程度作出更准确的评价 ,指导病人进一步治疗 。
