摘要
通过储存五年多的乳液丁羧胶合成的推进剂与新生产的乳液丁羧胶用同一配方合成的推进剂在同等的环境条件下同时进行加速老化对比试验,结果是常温最大强度σ_m、最大强度时的延伸率ε_m、断裂延伸率ε_b和断裂功W_b的变化不同,并且在50℃加速老化的情况下,以同样规律随老化时间变化。
In comparison with newly produced emulsified CTPB, pro-pellant containing long-term storage (more than five years)emulsified CTPB was tested with the same propellant formula and under the same enviromen-tal condition for the accelerated aging performance.The performance parameters were measured at room temperature.The results show that under accelerated aging condition(50℃), the maxium tensile strength σm, the maxium tensile strain εm, the break tensile strain εb,and the break work Wb for both propellant are differed from each other, and have similar tendancy of changing with time.
