摘要
对改善贫氧推进剂燃速分亦状态和提高推进剂热值的途径进行了研究。结果表明,适当缩短碳纤维长度明显地改善了由于碳纤维带来的燃速不均匀性;当氧化剂的含量减少到35~32%金属含量增加到40~45%时,理论热值达24MJ/kg。燃烧试验易于点火,能稳定燃烧,特征速度有较大提高。
The approach improving burning distribution and increasing combustion heat of fuel-rich solid composite propellant is discussed in this paper. The experimental results show that properly shortening of carbon fiber's length significantly improves the buring-rate nonuniformity caused by carbon fiber. When the oxidant's content decreases to 35-32% and the metal's content increasses to 40-45%, the theoretical combustion heat can be 24MJ/kg.And easy firing, stable burning, and comparatively large increasing of characteristic speed are demonstrated by combustion experiment.
