断指冷冻伤后再植的临床经验

Clinical Experience of Replantation of A mputated Fingers after the Freezing Cold Injury

目的 探讨断指冷冻伤后再植术前的复温方式及术后注意事项。方法 对在低温环境下丢弃或保存不当而致指体冷冻伤的 9例 11指 ,采取自然复温 (2 2～ 2 8℃ )和温盐水复温 (3 8～ 42℃ )。对冷冻指体复温后 ,行再植手术。结果 再植术后完全存活 6例 ,部分成活 3例。结论 ①温盐水复温方式值得推荐 ;②指体冷冻伤不应一概列为断指再植禁忌证 ;

Objective To study the ways of rewarming be fo re surgery and postoperative announcements, which is involved in the replantatio n of amputated fingers after the freezing cold injury. Methods Eleven fingers (9 cases) were abandoned or preserved im properly in the environment of lower temperature. The amputated fingers were rep lanted after they were warmed up by the nature temperature(22—28 ℃) or warmi ng saline(38—42 ℃). Results There were 6 cases of complete d survival and 3 cases of the partial survival. Conclusion The ways of rewarming by warm saline is worthy of re commendation. Cold injury should not serve as an absolute contraindication of th e replantation of amputated fingers. To deal with various postoperative complica tions positively is very important to increase the survival rate.
