摘要
在单组分、双组分助磨剂研究的基础上,探讨了三组分复合助磨剂ABG1、DEG1等对水泥粉磨作业的助磨作用及对水泥的主要性能的影响.试验结果表明:在正交组合的36个组分中,ABG1组合中,助磨效果较好的组分,可使水泥的粉磨细度提高61.1%,对水泥强度没有大的负面影响,也具有增产节能降耗、保证产品质量的作用.
The main function and the grinding effect are studied specially about ABG1,DEG1 etc. in base of single and double composition. It is showed that the fine grinding aids is ABG1 in 36 compositions. ABG1 improves grinding fine particle 61.1%. Obviously it has effect on improving the quantity of products,saving energy and cutting down the comsumption and improving the quality of products.
