摘要
目的 讨论一氧化氮(NO)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在脊髓转移瘤中的表达。方法 采用免疫组化法检测17例脊髓种植性转移瘤活检标本中的诱导型NO合酶(iNOS)、VEGF和Ⅷ因子相关抗原(FⅧRAg)的表达,分析其病理学意义。结果 ①转移瘤组iNOS阳性表达率为58.8%,而对照组iNOS无表达(P<0.001);②转移瘤iNOS阴性组微血管密度值为(20.80±11.74)个/视野,iNOS阳性组为(39.20±18.55)个/视野,两者差异有显著性(P<0.05);③转移瘤组VEGF阳性表达率为70.6%,明显高于对照组的20%(P<0.05);④VEGF阳性组微管密度为(41.03±20.19)个/视野,阴性组为(20.03±11.60)个/视野,二者间差异有显著性(P<0.01);⑤iNOS阳性组中VEGF阳性细胞数明显高于iNOS阴性组(P<0.01)。结论 NO和VEGF在脊髓转移瘤的形成中发挥重要作用。
Objective To discuss the pathological significance of nitric Oxide (NO) and Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in spinal metastasis tumor. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), VEGF and factor Ⅷ related antigen (FⅧRAg) in 17 cases of spinal metnstasis tumor bioshop tissues. Results ①58.8% posifve rate of iNOS in metastasis tumor, while no expression in control, showed great difference(P<0.001).②The microvascular density(MVD) was(20.80±11.74)per-field in iNOS negative while(39.20±18.55)per-field in iNOS positive with great difference(P<0.05).③The positive of VEGF in metastasis tumor(70.6%)was much higher than that in control(20%).④The MVD of VEGF was(41.03±20.19)per-field in positive and(20.03±11.60)per-field in negative(P<0.01);⑤The VEGF positive cells in iNOS positive Samples was more than that in iNOS negative ones(P<0.01). Conclusion NO and VEGF play the important roles in the formation of spinal metastasis tumor.
