抗毒软坚胶囊治疗肝炎后肝纤维化的临床疗效观察

Effect of Kang Du Ruan Jian Capsul on Hepatic Fibrosis of Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

目的 观察抗毒软坚胶囊治疗肝炎后肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法 选择慢性乙型肝炎伴有血清肝纤维化指标[血清透明质酸(HA)、血清Ⅲ型前胶原体(PCⅢ)异常的患者144例,随机分为2组,治疗组(78例)口服抗毒软坚胶囊,对照组(66例)采用已上市的中成药治疗,对比观察治疗前后的临床证候、肝功能、乙肝标志物、血清肝纤维化指标(HA、PCⅢ)的变化。结果 经治疗后,治疗组的ALT、AST、HA、PCⅢ等较对照组有显著性降低,P<0.05或P<0.01;HBeAg和HBV-DNA阴转率较对照组有明显提高,P<0.05;综合疗效判定,治疗组总有效率优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 抗毒软坚胶囊治疗肝炎后肝纤维化有显著临床疗效。。

Objective To observe the effect of Kang Du Ruan Jian Capsul (KDBJC) on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods 144 patients with hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis-B were randomly divided into two groups、The therapeutic group were treated by Kang Du Ruan Jian Capsul, while the control group were treated by 15 Gan Ling,Ligalong. After treatment,the total efficiency rate, the indexes of liver function, HBV-M, HBV-DNA, HT, PCⅢ were detected. Results The total efficiency rate of the therapeutic group was better than of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Kang Du Ruan Jian Capsul on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B is of curative effect.
