The special articulated version of walking tractor for faram transporting has many advan-tages over the prototype and has obtained a fast development in recent years. The paper introduces the specialconfiguration and the main components improvement of this type transporter. To increase the travel speedand adopt front wheel steering for improving manoeuvability. Will be the way forward of its further develop-ment.
