摘要
试验测定了家蚕散卵限性品种 (H 9)卵表面胶着物质的含量 ,比较了家蚕散卵限性品种 (H 9,5B)和普通卵家蚕品种菁松×皓月粘液腺的形状与大小。结果表明 :家蚕散卵限性品种H 9的卵表面胶着物质的含量约为0 0 2 2mg/粒 ,少于菁松×皓月。此外还发现家蚕散卵限性品种H 9、5B的粘液腺有所退化 ,粘液腺的质量比较轻 ,且形状也有所不同 。
This paper determined the content of adhesive proteins adhered to the eggs of H-9, and comparisons of shape and size of colleterial glands between different species Jingsong×Haoyue, H-9 and 5B were made. The results showed that the contents of adhesive proteins adhered to the eggs of H-9 is about 0.022 mg/egg, which is less than that of Jingsong×Haoyue. In addition, we found out that the colleterial glands in the loose eggs sex-limited race (H-9, 5B) are smaller and lighter than Jingsong×Haoyue and the content of its secretion is little. So there exists the trend of degradation in the colleterial glands of races H-9 and 5B.
