A New Energy Saving Device for Salt Bath Furnace

新型盐浴炉节能装置利用工业用盐等的固有特性,由一种特殊的专用电气组合装置,控制探测极在盐里的深度,使盐液面保温温度由原来的700℃左右下降到200℃以下,既能节电、节时,又能提高炉体、电极的寿命,结构简单,成本低,避开大电流的切换,安全可靠,可用于连续两天以上生产的盐浴炉。

In accordance with the intrinsic characteristics of industrial salt, the device employes aspecial electric unit to control the depth of measuring head, and thus gets the salt-liquid surface temperaturereduced from 700℃ to 200℃ below. Using such a device can save electricity and time, increase the life offurnace and electrod, avoid the switching in heavy current, with the simple structure, lower cost, and goodreliability, the device is suitable for the salt-bath furnace whose continuous production time will be over twodays.
