摘要
标准型液压双管路装置正常发挥制动效能的关键在于制动踏板应留有足够的“踏板行程”(即在某一管路失效时),对此,应在设计和调试中予以保证。同时,应进一步提高制动器的制造精度,从而限制踏板行程的“非正常”增长,满足双管路制动系统的使用要求。
The paper points out that the crux for standard hydraulic double-circuit braking deviceplaying its normal braking performance lies in whether the braking pedal of the device has enough pedaltravel when one circuit is out of order and the pedal travel should be ensured in design and during adjust-ment. Meanwhile, the manufacturing precision of the brake should be further improved to limit the non-nor-mal increase of braking pedal travel in order to meet the operation requirements.
