摘要
研究了批量生产中20CrMoH钢齿轮的工艺性和装机使用性能。与20CrMnTi钢齿轮进行技术经济分析对比结果表明,它具有工艺性良好、热处理变形小且规律性较强等优点。
The paper has studied the process ability of 20CrMoH steel gear in batch process and itsworking performance when fitted in machinery. The technical and economic analyses compared with20CrMnTi steel gelr shows that it has many advantages such as better processability, small heat treatment de-formation good regularity, etc.
