奥德金注射液辅助治疗急性酒精中毒的研究

Study of Adegold in auxiliary treatment of acute alcohol poison

目的 观察奥德金注射液辅助治疗急性酒精中毒的疗效。方法 90例急性酒精中毒患者分为奥德金组和对照组。奥德金组用奥德金 0 .4 g静脉滴注加纳洛酮 0 .8mg静脉推注 ,对照组用维生素B60 .2 g、维生素C 5 .0g静脉滴注加纳洛酮 0 .8mg静脉推注。结果 奥德金组急性酒精中毒症状消失时间为 (97± 6 2 )min ,对照组为 (138± 90 )min ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 加用奥德金对辅助治疗急性酒精中毒有较好疗效。

Objective It is to observe the effect of Adegold in auxiliary treatment of acute alcohol poison. Methods Ninety patients with acute alcohol poison were divided into Adegold group and control group. The Adegold group were treated with intravenous drip of Adegold 0.4?g and intravenous injection of naloxone 0.8?mg. The control group were treated with intravenous drip of vitamine B 6 0.2?g and vitamine C 5.0?g and intravenous injection of naloxone 0.8?mg. Results The symptoms of acute alcohol poison disappearance time in Adegold group was (97±62) minutes while that in control group was (138±90) minutes. There was significant difference ( P <0.05). Conclusion Adegold had better effect in auxiliary treatment of acute alcohol poison.
