脂糖舒对大鼠血液系统的影响

Effect of Zhitangshu on blood system in rats

目的 探讨脂糖舒对大鼠血常规及凝血指标的影响。方法 取健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成正常对照组及脂糖舒三个等比剂量 (5 g/kg,10 g/kg ,2 0 g/kg)组 ,分别用等容量生理盐水及脂糖舒药液灌胃给药 14周后 ,检测血红蛋白 (Hb)、红细胞计数 (RBC)、白细胞计数 (WBC)、白细胞分类计数 (DC)及凝血酶原时间 (PT)、凝血酶时间 (TT)、活化部分凝血酶时间 (APTT)、纤维蛋白原 (Fbg) ,以观察血液细胞数量、形态和凝血功能有无变化。结果 脂糖舒对血常规无明显影响 ,但随着脂糖舒剂量增大 ,PT ,TT ,APTT延长 ,而Fbg值降低 ,使血凝速度减慢。结论 脂糖舒对血常规无影响 ,且能明显地改善糖尿病患者血液的高凝状态。

Objective It is to probe the effects of Zhitangshu (ZTS) on hemogram and coagulation indexes in rats. Methods The rats were divided into normal contrast group and ZTS group. The ZTS group were subdivided into low dose group (5 g/kg), middle dose group (10 g/kg) and high dose group (20 g/kg). They were administrated with isometric physiological saline and ZTS for 14 weeks. The hemogram which included hemoglobin (Hb), red blood cell count (RBC), white blood cell count (WBC) and differential count (DC), and the coagulation indexes which included prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and fibrinogen (Fbg) in each group were detected by the end of 14 weeks. Results ZTS had no obvious effect on hemogram, but it prolonged PT, TT, APTT, decreased Fbg and slower coagulation. Conclusion ZTS has no obvious effect on hemogram and can descend hypercoagulatic state of blood in diabetic.
