摘要
目的 观察圆孢子球虫在不同检测方法中卵囊的形态特征。 方法 收集患者新鲜粪便 ,分别用碘液涂片、生理盐水涂片和抗酸染色法制作涂片标本 ,光镜下观察虫体形态。 结果 1)腹泻患者新鲜粪便中的卵囊呈圆球体形 ,大小为 (9.15± 0 .7) μm ,碘液涂片染色虫体不着色 ;生理盐水涂片其囊壁透明 ,内由 3~ 8个折光颗粒簇聚排列成淡绿色桑椹胚 ;2 )抗酸染色后卵囊大小为 (9.12± 1.5 ) μm ,卵囊呈现由不着色到深红色的多重染色效果 ,但虫体呈立体对称的圆球体不变。同时观察到卵囊内大小不一的圆形、卵圆形颗粒 ,颗粒内具着色较深的类核结构。 结论 圆孢子球虫卵囊大小为 (9.15± 0 .7) μm ,抗酸染色后为 (9.12± 1.5 ) μm ,着色差别较大 ,首次观察到卵囊内具有特殊颗粒 ,提示在云南省流行的圆孢子球虫可能是一新种或亚种。
Objective To observe the morphologic structure characteristics of Cyclospora cayetanensis by different examination. Methods The fresh stool from 3 patients infected with C. cayetanensis was collected and faeces smears samples were made by iodine wet mounts stain, saline wet mounts and modified acid-fast stain respectively. The morphologic structure of C. cayetanensis was observed under microscopy. Results C. cayetanensis oocysts were spheres and (9.15±0.7) μm in diameter, or unstained by iodine. The morula within oocyst was light green, which was clustered by 3-8 granules, the wall was transparent in saline wet mounts. In modified acid-fast stained faeces smears, the oocysts were (9.12±1.5) μm in diameter and variable in stained reaction. The oocysts appeared as unstained, wrinkled, spheres, or stain from a light pink to darker red, especially, it appeared a rounded, ovoid and irregular size of dark nucleoid granules which were closed to the wall of oocyst. Conclusion The special granules within C. cayetanensis oocysts indicated that C. cayetanensis spreading in Yunnan may be a new species or subspecies.
