目前,西部地区现存的主要问题是企业与银行之间的矛盾,政府与银行之间的矛盾,以及中央与地方之间的矛盾。应通过财政货币政策在西部开发的协调配合,创造一个良好的环境,有利于财政政策和货币政策效应的更好发挥,从而最终实现中西部地区的可持续发展战略目标。

At present, the main problems existing in the midwest parts of China are the contradictions between the enterprise and the bank, the government and the bank, the central government and the local government. Through the coordinat ion and conjunction of financial policy and monetary policy in the development o f the midwest, we should create a good environment that can give the better play to the effect of financial policy and monetary policy and realize the strategic al target of the sustainable development of the midwest parts of China.
