摘要
从1996年起,电子商务的作用逐步被我国政府、商贸企业和金融等部门认识和重视,并显示出了良好的发展前景。然而,在开展电子商务活动的过程中由于受传统观念的影响或出于对电子商务不了解和国外电子商务网站的困境等原因,我国在电子商务的发展上存在一些障碍,文章对此进行了分析并提出了一些应对措施。
Starting from 1996, the actions of e-business, which has been recog nized and valued by our country's governments, commercial enterprises and financ ial departments gradually, shows good developing prospect. However, in the cours e of carrying out the activities of e-business, because of the influence of tra ditional conception, the shortage of understanding of e-business and the diffic ult position of foreign commercial websites, there are some obstructions in the development of e-business in China, on which we should make careful analysis an d puts forward some effective corresponding measures.
