摘要 麻疹是由麻疹病毒(MeaslesVirus,MV)引起的急性全身性发疹性疾病,是儿童时期常见的传染病之一.自20世纪70年代全球实施扩大免疫规划(EPI)以来,麻疹发病率、死亡率大幅度下降,但在发展中国家,麻疹仍是严重威胁儿童健康和生命的公共卫生问题[1].世界卫生组织(WHO)提出了控制麻疹目标,我国也开展了加速控制麻疹活动.因此,提高和改进麻疹病毒实验室检测技术,从而正确、快速诊断麻疹,及时掌握麻疹疫情显得尤为重要.本文就该病毒感染的检测和诊断方面进展作一综述.
