摘要
在职业生涯管理的两个主体———组织与员工个人之间,正在悄悄地发生着一场变化。以前由组织承担的一些责任正在逐渐向员工个人身上转移,以自我管理为主的职业生涯已经开始成为一种更积极、更人本化的管理模式。文章在简要地介绍了有关职业生涯理论的基础上,重点在实践的层面上对员工个人如何管理好自己的职业生涯进行了分析。
The two main parts in professional career management-organization and employees are now undergoing an unperceivable change.Some responsibilities formerly taken by organizations are now gradually shifting to each employee.The professional career mainly managed by individuals now becomes a more active and more personalized management model.On the basis of briefly introducing some relevant principles of professional career,this paper mainly analyzes the management of employee's professional career in the practice aspect.
