电子商务企业陷入困境的原因及对策

随着网络经济的泡沫逐渐消失,越来越多的电子商务企业开始陷入困境。文章分析了导致全球电子商务企业陷入困境的主要原因:商业模式的缺陷;缺乏竞争优势;组织和执行中存在的问题;电子商务模式和已有的合作伙伴的商务理念相冲突;缺乏后续资金的支持等,并提出了电子商务企业尽快地走出困境,实现长期持续发展的对策。

With the the gradual disappearance of network economy,more and more electronic commerce firms are struggling to survive. This paper analyzes the five reasons that lead to the troubles of the electronic commerce firms. Because of the lacking of business model and competition advantage,the problem in organization and performance,the conflict of business patterns and the lacking of the support funding,some of the electronic commerce firms have to suspend their business.The paper provides an insight for electronic commerce firms to make profit and gain sustainable advantage.
