Survivin蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达情况

Expression of Survivin Protein in Patients with Epthelial Ovarian Neoplasms

目的 探讨Survivin蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达。方法 :应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测 2 0例正常卵巢组织、4 0例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤 (浆液性 2 0例、粘液性 2 0例 )、4 9例上皮性卵巢癌 (浆液性癌 2 0例、粘液性 2 0例、内膜样癌 9例 )组织中的Survivin蛋白的表达情况 ,分析其表达与不同临床病理特征的表达关系。结果 ( 1)Sur vivin蛋白在正常卵巢组织中未表达。 ( 2 )Survivin蛋白在良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的阳性表达率为 12 .5 % ( 5 /4 0 ) ,在恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的阳性表达率为 6 1.2 2 % ( 30 /4 9)。在正常卵巢组织及良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中 ,Survivin蛋白的表达没有显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,在良性、恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中 ,Survivin蛋白的表达有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。 ( 3)在 4 9例恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中 ,浆液性囊腺癌 12 ( 12 /2 0 )例Survivin蛋白呈阳性表达 ,其中 7例呈强阳性 ;粘液性 13( 13/2 0 )例Survivin蛋白呈阳性表达 ,其中 7例呈强阳性 ;内膜样癌 5 /9例Survivin蛋白呈阳性表达 ;经统计分析表明在不同的类型的上皮性卵巢癌中 ,Survivin蛋白的表达无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。其中高分化者13例 ,Survivin蛋白阳性表达率为 15 .38% ( 2 /13) ;中分化者 12例 。

Objective To investigate the expression of survivin protein in patients with epthelial ovarian neoplasms.Methods Survivin protein was detected by immunohistochemical SABC technique in 20 cases of normal ovaries,40 cases of benign tumor,and 49 cases of ovarian cancer,respectively.The relationship between the expression of Survivin protein and clinical date of ovarian carcinoma was analyzed.Results (1)Survivin protein was of negative in normal ovaries.(2)The positive rates of Survivin were 12.50%(5/40)?61.22%(30/49)in benign tumors and in epithelial ovarian cancer,respectively.There was no significant difference between normal ovaries and benign tumors ( P >0.05).However,there was a significant difference between benign tumors and epithelial ovarian cancer( P <0.01).(3)The positive rates of survivin protein expression in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma?ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma and endometrioid carcinoma were 60.00%(12/20)?65.00%(13/20)?55.56%(5/9),respectively.The positive detection of survivin protein among the three groups was not significantly different( P >0.05).The positive rates of expression of Survivin protein were 15.38%(2/13)in Grade Ⅰ,58.33% (7/12)in Grade Ⅱ,87.50%(21/24)in Grade Ⅲ,respectively and there was significant differences among them( P <0.05 ).The positive rates of Survivin protein were 31.58% and 80.00% in stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ +Ⅳ,respectively with a significant difference between them( P <0.01 ).Conclusion Survivin is an inhibitor of apoptosis that is highly expressed in epthelial ovarian cancers(EOC ),but lowly or not in benign tumor and normal tissues.Survivin protein might play roles in the process of carcinogenesis of EOC.
