支气管哮喘患者血清sIL-2R、IL-4水平检测及其意义 被引量:1

Examination and Evaluation of SIL-2R,IL-4 in Serum of Patients with Bronchial Asthma

摘要 目的 观察支气管哮喘患者血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)、白细胞介素 4 (IL 4 )水平。方法 用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)检测 18例轻、中度哮喘患者和 18例健康对照组血清sIL 2R、IL 4水平 ,并进行相关性研究。结果 哮喘患者血清sIL 2R( 30 3.95± 5 1.82U/ml)及IL 4 ( 14 1.11± 133.93pg/ml)水平明显高于正常对照组 ( 2 10 .6 4± 4 8.6 0U/ml和 6 0 .0 6± 2 1.6 7pg/ml;P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 ) ,两者呈正相关趋势 (r =0 .883)。 结论 sIL 2R ,IL 4升高是哮喘过敏性炎症的表现 ,T淋巴细胞激活及其释放的IL 4在哮喘发病中起重要作用。 Objective To observe the serum levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL 2R)and interleukin 4(IL 4)in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods The serum levels of sIL 2R and IL 4 of 18 patients with milds to moderate asthma and 18 healthy control were detected using ELISA.Results sIL 2R(303.95±51.82 U/ml)and IL 4(141.11±133.93 pg/ml).Serum levels in asthma group were significantly higher than those of control group(210.64±48.60 U/ml and 60.06±21.67 pg/ml, P <0.01, P <0.05 respectively).There was a positive relationship between levels of sIL 2R and IL 4(r=0.883).Conclusion These data indicate that elevated sIL 2R and IL 4 might be the pathophysiological manifestation of allergic inflammation of bronchial asthma.Activated T lymphocytes and its released IL 4 play an important role in asthma pathogenesis.Therefore,it is very important in treatment of bronchial asthma to interdict the release of IL 4 which can inhibit activation of TH2 cells.
