摘要
本文以领导理论研究为基础,以组织文化为情景变量,以领导者的绩效为因变量,以领导者的素质特征为自变量,用多元回归的方法分析了不同组织文化下领导者的绩效与领导者素质的关系,说明了在不同的组织文化中,对领导者所需要具备的素质特征的要求是不同的,从而验证了文中提出的基于情景的领导素质理论的假设。
Based on the study of leadership theories, this paper researches into the relationship between leaders traits and leaders performance under a certain organizational culture by using multiple linear regression, with organizational culture being situational variables and performance being dependent variables and leaders traits being independent variables. Then the paper concludes that under different organizational culture, leaders need to be of different leaders traits. Thus the hypothesis of leaders trait theory based on situations was validated.
