福建省外科系统护士对儿童疼痛知识的自我评估及对策
Nurses' Self－assessment of Their Knowledge in Pediatric Pain and Related Strategies
摘要
目的 了解护士对所掌握有关儿童疼痛知识的自我评估,并提出相应对策。 方法 采用自行设计的问卷对福建省5所医院178名护士进行调查。 结果 护士缺乏儿童疼痛相关知识,尤其是儿童神经发育知识以及术后疼痛评估知识。护士的年龄、职称、护理经验、有无子女及其所在医院和科室,皆与其对儿童疼痛相关知识的自我评估存在显著相关。 结论 为了促进儿童疼痛处理,需要加强教育干预。
