嗅鞘细胞的生物学特性及其在脊髓损伤再生中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 脊髓损伤是一种严重威胁人类生命健康的疾患。既往观念认为,脊髓损伤后,将引起损伤平面以下运动、感觉和括约肌功能全部或部分永久丧失。一旦发生将给患者以至整个家庭及社会带来沉重的经济、精神负担。近年来,随着神经生物学,神经解剖学,细胞生物学的飞速发展,使得脊髓损伤与再生的研究有了突破性进展。现在研究认为脊髓损伤后一般治疗效果较差,究其原因主要是中枢神经系统的内在微环境不利于轴突的再生。因此,为了促进中枢神经系统损伤后轴突再生,改善损伤区再生微环境很重要。目前的治疗脊髓损伤主要有以下方法:阻滞抑制分子;清除抑制细胞;胚胎脊髓组织移植;周围神经移植;细胞移植:神经膜细胞,胚胎神经干细胞,嗅鞘细胞,转基因能分泌神经营养因子的细胞。其中嗅鞘细胞因在体外具有促进轴突再生并促进其较长距离延伸,髓鞘化脊髓轴突的能力而使之成为近年来最为吸引人注目的一种治疗脊髓损伤的有力工具。
