液压承托式水泥帽固井工具的研制及应用

摘要 针对大庆油田表层地层疏松 ,流沙层厚 (厚达 1 0 0多米 ) ,上部井眼大 ,井径不规则 ,加之钻井液密度与水泥浆密度差大 ,引起水泥浆下沉等因素 ,研制出了水泥帽固井工具 ,通过对现状的分析 ,制定出防止水泥浆下沉 ,提高水泥浆顶替效率 ,增加水泥胶结强度的水泥帽固井方案 ,经过 5 0 2口井的现场应用 。 The paper analyses the factors which result in cement slurry settlement in Daqing Oilfield,that is surface formation is unconsolidated,running sand layer is thick,top borehole is large,hole diameter is random,and the difference of density is large between drilling fluid and cement slurry etc..On the basis of these factors ,the cement hat cementing tool is developed.Meanwhile,the paper works out the cement hat cementing method which can prevent cement slurry settlement,improve cement slurry displacement efficiency and increase the cement bond strength.Through field application of the method in 502 wells,good effect is obtained
