摘要
釉结作为牙胚形态发生和成牙本质细胞分化的信号中心已成为近期国外研究的热点。釉结包括原发性釉结和继发性釉结。原发性釉结与牙冠形态形成有关,继发性釉结与牙尖形态形成有关。本文就原发性和继发性釉结的组织学特点、基因表达特征及其可能的作用机制作一综述。
