The change of stock pricing exists a lot of uncertainty, which covers one layer of mysterious veil on the reasonable stock pricing. For uncovering this layer of mysterious veil, from the birth of stock market, many scholars have carried on the research of many sides and many angles to this subject, and have formed the various kinds of theories, which have a distant source like long stream. This paper will summarize some popular pricing theories, which take the leading effect at present, and analyses its applicability to our country .
