本文从知识型企业知识管理的三个构成面出发 ,论述了知识经济时代知识管理的基本原则和根本任务 ,并以此为依据构建了以生产要素为结点、知识为链条的创新管理模型 ,同时对该管理模型的运作流程作了简要探讨。

This article starts with the three aspects of knowledge management, illustrates its basic principles and tasks in knowledge economic times, based on it constructions a creative management model rooted in the factor of production as a knot and knowledge as a chain, meanwhile, makes a brief comment to the program of the management model.
