应对WTO:中国农民的现状及对策

人数多、受教育程度低、文化素质低、生产经营观念落后、组织化程度低是当代中国农民最为明显的特点。加入WTO后,中国农民将受到冲击和影响,因此政府和农民应着手采取相应的措施应对WTO:各级政府要加大科教兴农资金投入,主要精力放在培育和健全市场体系上;农民应加强WTO有关方面的知识学习,转变思想观念,增强市场竞争意识、产品质量意识,主动调整种植结构,尽快建立自己的利益组织,提高农户组织化程度。

Enormous populationjow educational acceptance,poor quality of science and technology,backward conception of production and management and less-developed organization degree are the most distinct features of current Chinese farmers.After China's entrying into the WTO,Chinese farmers have been impacted in many aspects.According to our investigation,the data analysis and correlative policies studying,the corresponding measures should be carried out by the governments and farmers.Various levels of the government should put more investment and fund in science and education so as to rejuvenate the agriculture.The major attention should be focused on cultivating and improving the market systen.The farmers should pay great attention to learm knowledge concerning with the WTO,and convert the stereotype conception,heighten their consciousness of marketing competition,strengthen their ideology of product quality.They also should adjust the structure of plant,set up their own beneficial organization as soon as possible and enhance the degree of farmers' organization.
