创新在社会发展史上扮演着十分重要的角色。从广义、狭义、动态、静态四个方面考察,结合创新四个特点,其内涵可表述为:建立在实践基础上,综合运用相关知识,在以科技为核心的政治、经济、思想文化等方面实施的有益于社会进步、无限发展的创造性活动。实施创新还需具备一定条件。

Innovation has been playing a very important role in the history of social development.Considering the four angles,including broad sense,narrow sense,the static,and the dynamic,and combining four features of innovation,its connotation can express that,utilizing synthetically correlative knowledge on the base of practice,an creative event which is beneficial to the social advance and infinite development make science a nucleus besides the politics,economy,thought,culture,and so on.To implement the innovation also need certain condition.
