胆囊胆汁中p53和K-ras基因的表达与大肠癌肝转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究大肠癌患者胆囊胆汁中基因表达检测的可行性 ,探讨胆囊胆汁中微转移癌细胞与大肠癌肝转移间的关系。方法 :应用 DNA分析技术 ,检测 33例大肠癌患者胆囊胆汁中癌基因 (p5 3和 K- ras基因 )的表达情况。结果 :大肠癌 33例胆囊胆汁中检出基因表达阳性 17例 (5 1.5 1% ) ,阳性检出与 Dukes分期、肝转移显著相关。随访发现胆囊胆汁中基因表达阳性者 ,术后发生肝转移机会增加。结论 :胆囊胆汁中微转移癌细胞的基因表达检测有助于判断大肠癌恶性程度和患者预后 ,对早期诊断或预测大肠癌肝脏微小转移有一定的临床价值。 Objective:To investigate the feasibility of detecting gene expression in gallbladder bile of patients with colorectal cancer and to explore the relationship between cancer cells in gallbladder bile and liver metastasis of the tumor.Methods:The expression of p53 and K-ras in gallbladder bile from 33 patients with colorectal cancer were detected by automated sequencing.Results:Expression of gene were found in 17 of the 33 patients (51.51%). The rate of positive detection of the expression was significantly correlated to Duke′s stage and liver metastasis. Follow-up showed that there was a higher probability of postoperative liver metastasis in patients with positive detection of the expression.Conclusion:The detection of expression of p53 and K-ras in gallbladder bile of patients with colorectal cancer could help to judge the malignancy and prognosis and was valuable in early diagnosis of liver micrometastasis.
