摘要
目的 了解乌药经口毒性及致突变情况。方法 毒理学常规方法。结果 乌药经口LD50 >10 0g/kg体重 ;小鼠微核试验阴性 ;小鼠精子畸形试验阴性 ;Ames试验阴性 ;3 0d喂养试验高剂量组大鼠肝脏相对增大 ,雌、雄分别与对照组相比P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1,大鼠生长发育、血生化及病理组织学观察等指标无明显影响。结论 乌药属实际无毒 ,无致突变性。
To learn the oral toxicity and mutagenesis of Lindera aggregata (Sims) kosterm.Traditional toxicological experiment was conducted.The acute oral LD50 is more than the weight of 100 g/kg. The micronucleus test showed negative. Sperm malformation test showed negative. Ames test showed negative. In 30-days high-dose feeding test, the size of the rats' liver increased relatively (female P<0.05, male P<0.01). No significant effect was found on body growth, biochemical blood and pathologic index.[Conclusion] Lindera aggregata (Sims) kosterm is actually nontoxic and has no mutagenesis.
